These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mxminico.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from MX Mini Co. ([LEGAL BUSINESS NAME — e.g. MX Mini Co LLC]) ("we," "us," or "our"). MX Mini Co. sells aftermarket accessory parts, components, and apparel for mini e-bikes. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute complete electric bikes, mini bikes, or any other complete vehicle. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an offer to sell a complete vehicle.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product shown on the Site is in stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, refuse or cancel any order, and correct inaccurate stock information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed and confirmed.
3. Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed, and to issue a full refund of any amount charged. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Product Compatibility Disclaimer
Product listings, fitment guides, and compatibility information are provided for general reference only. Mini e-bike models, frames, and components vary by manufacturer, model year, and revision, and aftermarket parts may require modification, adjustment, or professional judgment to fit correctly. We do not warrant that any product will fit or function with every variant of the vehicle it is marketed toward. Compatibility information is provided "as is" and should be independently verified before purchase and installation.
5. Customer Responsibility for Fitment
You are solely responsible for confirming that a part is correct for your specific make, model, and configuration before ordering and before installation. If you are unsure whether a part is compatible, contact us at surrongavin2299@gmail.com before purchasing. Orders placed for the wrong part due to a fitment error on the customer's part are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and are not eligible for return once installed, used, or altered.
6. Installation Disclaimer
We do not install products and are not responsible for installation performed by you or any third party. Improper installation can cause part failure, vehicle damage, or personal injury. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, our products are intended for installation by, or under the supervision of, a person with mechanical competence appropriate to the task. If you are not confident performing an installation safely, have it performed by a qualified technician.
7. Safety Disclaimer
Mini e-bikes and their components involve inherent risks, including risks related to electrical systems, batteries, braking, and moving parts. You assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, and use of any product purchased from us. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment, inspect parts before use, and discontinue use immediately if a part appears damaged, defective, or improperly installed. We are not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or improper installation of any product.
8. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of product, and to issue a refund for any order we cancel.
9. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and carrier estimates displayed on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier, though we may, at our discretion, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance on any return shipment, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and page layout, is the property of MX Mini Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Product names and third-party brand names referenced on the Site are used solely to describe compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners; such use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
12. User Accounts
If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is used fraudulently or abusively.

If we permit you to submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.
